Stephanie DeClerico

Stephanie DeClerico is a full-time real estate professional licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with deep roots in Central New Jersey. Born and raised in Hamilton and now residing in Chesterfield with her husband and three daughters, Stephanie brings extensive local knowledge, a strong marketing background, and a genuine connection to the communities she serves.

For Stephanie, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it’s about guiding people through some of life’s biggest transitions. Known for her strong work ethic, responsiveness, and hands-on approach, she is committed to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible. Whether preparing a home for the market, developing a strategic marketing plan, negotiating on behalf of her clients, or helping buyers find the right place to call home, Stephanie is involved every step of the way.

One of Stephanie’s specialties is helping clients relocate to the area, particularly those moving from out of state. She understands that relocating involves much more than simply finding a house. From helping clients get to know different towns and communities to navigating the logistics of purchasing a home from a distance, Stephanie becomes a trusted local resource throughout the process. Being licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania also allows her to assist clients whose home search or move takes them across state lines.

Stephanie’s background in marketing gives her sellers a distinct advantage. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in International Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Prior to real estate, she built extensive experience in marketing, sales, product management, event planning, customer relationship management, and the luxury goods industry. Today, she puts that experience to work by strategically positioning and marketing her listings while helping her clients navigate an ever-changing real estate market.

Stephanie has built her business around relationships, referrals, and a commitment to going the extra mile. She understands that no two clients or transactions are alike and prides herself on providing straightforward communication, personalized guidance, and strong advocacy from the first conversation through closing—and long after the keys are handed over.

Community involvement is also an important part of Stephanie’s life. She currently serves as President of the Chesterfield Elementary School PTO and volunteers with the Girl Scouts. As both a local Realtor and an active member of the community, Stephanie is deeply invested in the area where she lives, works, volunteers, and raises her family.
