Hi! My name is Hailey Cope, and I am a Real Estate Professional with Smires and Associates.

I graduated with honors from The College of New Jersey, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and am licensed to practice real estate in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition to my extensive knowledge and expertise within the real estate market, I have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills that help me provide the highest level of service and support to my clients.

Because buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial transactions a person will make in their lifetime, my goal is to make the real estate process as smooth, seamless, and stress-free as possible.

My expertise and knowledge of the Central and Southern New Jersey region, as well as the Bucks County, Pennsylvania markets, are a valuable asset when helping clients find their perfect home or successfully market and sell their property.
